Individual therapy is one on one therapy in which clients are provided with a safe, relaxing, and confidential space to discuss their problems. I work with males, females and adolescents. One on one attention can give you a safe nonjudgmental environment to be able to explore different issues, process, and find solutions to life obstacles. For example:

Psychological Assessments

Recognizing that you might be dealing with a mental health or substance abuse issue can be difficult. This comprehensive assessment will assist in finding next steps for treatment and guidance to get the help you need. This may assist in giving possible diagnosis or best treatment options going forward.

DOT Substance Abuse Evaluations

I am certified to provide Initial DOT SAP Assessments and treatment plan, consultation with Medical Review Officers (MRO), level of care recommendation and referral, interaction and communication with the Designated Employer Representative (DER) as needed, appropriate paperwork in a professional and timely manner, follow-up evaluation, and case management and monitoring throughout the process.
